Charge Safe Australia – Warranty Policy

At Charge Safe Australia, we stand behind the quality and safety of our products. All Charge Safe products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural failures under normal use conditions
• Zipper, seam, or closure failures

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or fire events
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@chargesafeaustralia.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the defect to assess your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
